Submit a membership request through this website.
Complete the Catalyst Academy Family Registration Form.
Review the Parent & Student Handbook.
Sign all required enrollment agreements and policies.
Submit any requested student records or placement information.
Complete tuition and payment setup.

Membership requests will be reviewed by our admissions team. Approval is not automatic and may require additional information before enrollment is finalized.
