Before your membership can be approved, please complete the following:
- Submit a membership request through this website.
- Complete the Catalyst Academy Family Registration Form.
- Review the Parent & Student Handbook.
- Sign all required enrollment agreements and policies.
- Submit any requested student records or placement information.
- Complete tuition and payment setup.
Membership requests will be reviewed by our admissions team. Approval is not automatic and may require additional information before enrollment is finalized.
